Use Super Backup App on Android
Google Play Store is filled with dozens of contacts and messages backup solutions. Among them, the Super Backup App is one of the best I have seen.
Note: Super Backup or any other app typically gets access to your backup data. There's no guarantee that none of those apps offer perfect security to transfer your data. So use them at your discretion. First, you need to download the Super Backup app from the Play Store. Open the app and it will offer you to backup Apps, SMS, Contacts, Call Logs, Calendars, Call Recordings, and Picture.
Go to the Contacts tab and use the Backup All option. The app will start to generate a .vcf file with all the contacts. After a successful file creation, share the file to the iPhone using Bluetooth or Email.
